ENEVO Group and GreenArch Energy Partner on 150 MW Renewable Energy Portfolio in Romania

The collaboration covers solar, wind, and storage assets, with plans to expand into Italy and the United Kingdom.

Munich, Germany, June 23, 2026 – ENEVO Group and GreenArch Energy have signed an agreement for the construction of a renewable energy portfolio totalling approximately 150 MW in Romania. The partnership establishes a framework for the two companies to jointly deliver clean energy assets, starting in Romania before expanding into other key European markets.

The partnership brings together GreenArch’s project pipeline with ENEVO Group’s broad technical, commercial and operational capabilities. Under this agreement, ENEVO Group will leverage the expertise of its wider ecosystem, acting not only as an EPC contractor, but also adding its experience as a developer and energy offtake partner. This integrated approach will support the efficient delivery and quick market integration of the projects.

The agreement will be implemented through a phased approach, beginning with an initial portfolio comprising approximately 100 MW of solar photovoltaic and battery storage capacity, as well as 50 MW of onshore wind capacity. This will be followed by the addition of new, or the upgrade of existing, co-located and standalone battery storage systems. Construction of the initial assets will start in Q4 2026 in Romania, a market that has emerged as one of Central and Eastern Europe’s most dynamic renewable energy destinations.

Construction of the initial assets will start in Q4 2026 in Romania, a market that has emerged as one of Central and Eastern Europe’s most dynamic renewable energy destinations.

Following the Romanian phase, the cooperation is expected to expand into additional European markets, including Italy and the United Kingdom, where both companies see further opportunities for renewable energy deployment and long-term clean power solutions.

“This agreement reflects our ambition to deliver lasting value beyond development and construction,” said Mr. Carmelo Bongiovanni, Managing Director of ENEVO Group. “By combining our development, construction, and market access capabilities, we can de-risk projects and accelerate their path to market. In GreenArch, we have found a partner that shares our long-term vision to build resilient, future-proof energy assets, where digitalization and cybersecurity are embedded from day one to ensure sustained performance and system security.”

“As the global energy transition accelerates, market uncertainty and volatility continue to create both challenges and opportunities. Scaling requires a trusted partner capable of navigating complexity. ENEVO Group combines deep technical expertise with a proven track record, enabling GreenArch Energy to accelerate growth.” said Mr. King Chan, CEO of GreenArch Energy.
