Job Purpose:
The Project Controller is responsible for monitoring and managing the financial performance of ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and established financial objectives. • Reviews customer RFQs and procurement specifications posted on platforms like SICAP, SAP Ariba, or others;
• Suggests technical automation solutions that best fit the project’s needs;
• Collaborates with engineering teams to prepare technical offers;
• Requests and collects supplier quotations for necessary equipment (such as PLCs, servers, electrical panels, sensors, licenses, etc.);
• Sources quotations from subcontractors for relevant services;
• Consolidates supplier and subcontractor offers and estimates internal resource costs (using technical department time estimates) to calculate the total bid cost;
• Compiles tender documents such as technical specifications, commercial proposals, eligibility forms, and project schedules;
• Reviews past bids to find ways to enhance future bidding strategies.
